I made a number of New Years resolutions this year, which is a bit uncharacteristic of me. So far, one month into it, I'm doing okay, I think. Number one resolution was to quit caffeine -- and I haven't had a drop of the stuff since the afternoon of New Year's Eve. Number two was to quit drinking soda -- and I've only had one soda since December 31st, and that was when I was sick and had some Sprite to calm my upset stomach. Number three was to try and work out more -- and I worked out 16 days in January. Not great, but I was sick and/or recovering for about 5 days (and just lazy the other ten, I guess.)
